This is my 4th trip to Phoenix Endoscopy. Grateful for my PCP, Dr. William Redenius, for sending me to Phoenix Endo for my colonoscopies. Dr. Nolan had done the three previous outpatient surgeries and twice had found polyps which were benign. On my 4th visit Dr. Tharalson performed the surgery and found a polyp necessitating my 5th visit, God willing, to Phoenix Endo in 2029. Dr. Tharalson's bedside manner was perfect and since I was sedated for the surgery I don't have much more feedback. The staff, nurses & admin, were very curteous and understanding (thank you for being kind to me when I came out of the sedation). My wife was given all the results of the surgery and was also given an explanation of the results of the surgery. We were also given a time frame for when we would find out if the polyp was benign or malignant. The prep for a colonoscopy is one of my least favorite things to do but if it gives me the chance to enjoy a few more years of life I'll take it.
